Senior Business Analyst
We are looking to hire a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to assist the company to improve business efficiency. He/she should closely work with the business units to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer’s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the business operates. He/she should understand the documentation capabilities needed to address business challenges.
He/she will be responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end to end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting other project managers on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions that affect team members and providers at the market level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
- Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results
- Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff)
- Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships
- Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results.
- Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, and provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process.
- Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
- Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
- Meet with the project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
- Develop and execute test plans.
- Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements.
Professional Experience:
- Must have prior experience in IT service industry (min 5 years).
- Must have strong communication & IT skills.
- Proven experience as a business analyst.
- Proven training in Business Process Modelling.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Jira etc Project management tool.

Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a highly organized senior project manager to oversee the successful execution of projects and related work. He/she should be able to do this by creating planning steps, managing the budget, and identifying the required resources for the project.
He/she must have excellent organizational skills along with the ability to manage all aspects of the project simultaneously. This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
He/she also verifies that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and achieves the potential benefits defined in the business case.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and be accountable for project management plans to deliver project and resourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain the overall project plan and Gantt Chart, monitoring performance against the project plan to ensure key milestones are met and preparing regular reports for the Project Steering Committee
- Schedule “end-to-end” delivery of project deliverables and manage appropriate interdependencies between projects.
- Establish risk, issues, and decision registers to assist management to understand emerging issues and mitigate potential outcomes.
Report project delivery performance - Follow up actions from Project Steering Committee meetings and the project plan to ensure key milestones are met.
- Track project expenditure, prepare forecasts of upcoming spending, and prepare regular expenditure reports for the Project Steering Committee
- Provide long-term program visibility and work with the Change Manager to prepare communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the Change Manager to ensure Training Programs are in place to support systems, processes, and practice changes.
- Provide Project inputs to the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Contract Management teams.
Experience:
